EZMatch is an adult dating app and we take the safety of children and young people very seriously. This Child Safety Policy explains how we keep minors off our service, how we respond when a minor may be at risk, and how we comply with Google Play’s child safety requirements and applicable law. Target audience & age restrictions
EZMatch is intended only for adults who are 18 years of age or older. We do not design or market our service to children and we do not participate in the Google Play Families program. You must provide truthful information about your age and you must not pretend to be an adult if you are under 18. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts, and to remove related content or data, where we reasonably believe that a user has misrepresented their age or otherwise breached these rules.
Handling accounts of minors
If we discover, or reasonably suspect, that an account belongs to a person under 18, we will take steps to protect that person and other users. These steps may include temporarily limiting profile visibility and messaging, reviewing reports and available information, asking for additional age confirmation where legally permitted, closing the account if we confirm that the user is under 18, deleting profile data where appropriate, and taking technical measures to prevent re‑registration where possible. Reports involving minors are treated as a priority by our support team.
Content and behavior involving minors
Any sexual, suggestive, exploitative or violent content involving minors (real or fictional) is strictly prohibited on EZMatch. This includes, for example, sexualized images or descriptions of minors, grooming or attempts to arrange in‑person meetings with someone under 18, requests for nude or sexual images from minors, and any encouragement of relationships between adults and minors. We may remove such content without notice, suspend or permanently close the accounts involved, and, where required or appropriate, report the matter to app stores, child protection organizations or law‑enforcement authorities.
Data collection and children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from children. Our registration flows, product design and marketing are aimed at adults only. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a user who is under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete the account and associated personal data, subject to any legal requirements to retain information for safety, fraud‑prevention or law‑enforcement purposes. Parental guidance & device controls
EZMatch is not intended for use by children or teenagers. If you are a parent or guardian, we recommend that you use the parental control features offered by Google Play, the App Store and your device operating system to restrict access to adult apps, set content and age ratings and manage screen time. If you find that your child has downloaded or is using EZMatch, you should remove the app from their devices and contact us if you believe an EZMatch account has been created for them.
Reporting concerns
If you believe that someone using EZMatch may be under 18, or if you see content or behavior that could put a child at risk, please report it to us as soon as possible. Where in‑app reporting tools are available, you should use them to flag the relevant profile, message or content. You can also contact us by email at support@ezmatch.dating and include any information you can safely share, such as profile names, screenshots and the date and time of the incident. We will review your report as quickly as we reasonably can and take appropriate action, which may include disabling accounts, removing content and, where necessary, contacting Google Play and/or competent authorities.
